Five Years of Giving!

We are very proud that our members have together pooled over £100,000 since we began. In our first five years of giving all this money has been given to fourteen local charities. Each year we award one main grant and two or three small grants. Here we are pleased to feature all the fabulous groups that received the main grant.

2024 - Youth Connect South West

Youth Connect South West were awarded the main grant of £15,000 from Bath Women’s Fund in 2024 to help deliver a supportive and rolling programme – ‘This Girl Can!’ – aimed at young women who are at risk of exploitation and/or youth violence.

2023 - Black Families Education Support Group

In 2023, Black Families Education Support Group were awarded the main grant of £15,000 from Bath Women’s Fund that they used to deliver their new ‘Inspire and Aspire Project’.

Through the supplementary school, the new initiative brought local Black and Minority Ethnic women, young women and girls together to share lived experiences, particularly around race, racism and identity, along with educational, career and fi nancial knowledge and expertise.

2021- Women’s Work Lab

In 2021, Women’s Work Lab were awarded the main grant of £15,000 from Bath Women’s Fund to help deliver their Spring 2022 programme in Bath for Mums. This was a much needed service, as demand was high for these places with approx. 60 applications for the 15 places.
