Join us for this wonderful opportunity to visit Beckford’s Tower and Museum for a special Potluck Picnic following the "Our Tower" conservation and refurbishment project, and enjoy the stunning landscape. The project reimagined the museum with new interpretation, installed renewable energy, excavated the hidden grotto, and reconnected the tower to its surrounding landscape.

We will hear from Michelle Williams, Bath Women's Fund member, about her work on this extraordinary project and learn about the complex and controversial story of William Beckford’s life and legacy with an enlightening talk and tour in the Museum. Please be aware that the Museum and landscape explores subjects of abuse, enslavement and exploitation.

In small groups, we will be able to walk up the spiral staircase to the Belvedere and look out on the stunning landscape in all directions.
